My mind was in creative overdrive last night. I had more than one dream (because I woke up a few times), but the last one was definitely one of the most unique and artistic that I've ever had.
I was the child of a single parent, I think (a man different from my real life father) and he owned some kind of convenience store, where I was also working. The truly interesting part came when I turned to a friend--who was also an employee--and opened up a sketchbook. Then I started showing him all of these drawings that I had been doing. We went page through page of drawings. There must have been at least twelve of them. They centered around a superhero and a dark-haired girl named Marguerite, who I think was supposed to be me (though that's not my real name). Actually, I think I was the superhero, too. It was very strange.
As for my sketching abilities...they're not as good as what I saw in my dream, but they could be if I practiced. What's really weird is that I haven't really drawn anything in years. This seems to have come out of nowhere. But, now, I definitely do feel like drawing.
Anyone else ever inspired to do something by a dream?

Whoa, that's one interesting dream.
Sounds like you should get back to drawing! Your subconscious is telling you something! ^_^
RYC: You have a point about accepting a valve from a cow or pig... I can see why one could accept a part like that without many qualms. So perhaps our outside appearance is important to our humanity...? Hm.
Nope, not lately and definantly not last night. I had the worst sleep last night. Woke up at 2am with a fever and before that I was dreaming about doing homework on Facebook. Silly, silly. Don't feel rested and now my head hurts and evertime the wind blows or I move, I feel faint.
